Comme les jumeaux monozygotes issus d’un clivage au stade blastocyste, certains jumeaux dizygotes peuvent avoir un placenta et un chorion commun. Vrai mais c'est impossible ? Dans une grossesse molaire complète, l’embryon ne contenant que des chromosomes d’origine paternelle, peut avoir été obtenu par fécondation d’un ovocyte sans noyau par deux spermatozoïdes. Vrai: le prof a insisté sur le fait qu'il n'y avait pas d'embryon, je suis d'accord sur le principe mais le mot embryon me bloque Merci !
