Salut, oui tout à fait. 

OPERON = PROCARYOTE 

et jamais d'opéron chez un eucaryote. 

Cependant, je n'ai pas retrouvé d'endroit du cour où l'on parle d'opéron dans l'ADN mitochondrial. Dites moi si elle vous l'a précisé ou pas.
