Solution manue86 Posted March 10, 2023 Solution Share Posted March 10, 2023 (edited) Bonjour, Cmax c'est la concentration maximale de ton principe actif dans le sang après l'administration. Tu l'utilises pour administration unique. Si t'es en IV, c'est la concentration à C0 parce-que t'as directement la dose maximale dans le sang (donc Cmax = C0), si t'es en administration orale, ça prend un peu de temps (le temps d'absorption et tu le détermines avec les graphiques) : CSS : c'est la concentration à l'état d'équilibre.
