Par abus de langage, dire qu'un ovocyte est arrivé à maturité c'est la même chose que de dire que le follicule ( qui comprends ton ovocyte II ) est arrivé à maturité. Va s'en suivre l'ovulation avec l'expulsion de l'ovocyte du follicule mais ton ovocyte II mature se trouve dans le follicule rendant ton follicule "mature" . Ne te prends pas la tête sur des détails comme ça, en PASS, considère que c'est la même chose.
