Salutt ! 

Le GPR54 c'est un récepteur exprimé au niveau des cellules hypothalamiques et hypophysaires. Kisspeptine est son ligand libéré par des neurones. Quand Kisspeptine se fixe sur GPR54, cela provoque la sécrétion de GnRH.

 

Quand le récepteur est muté, il y a un problème dans la sécrétion de GnRH et donc un retard pubertaire.
