Lorsqu’on administre le cDNA de l’AQP2 à un patient homozygote muté pour l’AQP2, il ne présente pas de diabète insipide" le patient est homozygote muté pour AQP2 donc pour moi il est automatiquement atteint d'un diabète insipide vu que ses 2 allèles sont mutées !! Élu Etudiant Solution AAAAH Posted February 18, 2023 Élu Etudiant Solution Share Posted February 18, 2023 J'ai du mal à comprendre l'item sorti de son contexte, mais si on rajoute l'ADNc de l'AQP2 chez le patient, on permet son expression, ce qui compense le fait qu'il soit homozygote muté. On vient rajouter ce qui lui manque en gros.
