Solution ReineLoutre Posted February 16, 2023 Solution Share Posted February 16, 2023 Coucou @SRA ! Dans le cadre d'une injection par IV bolus, on a C0= Cmax. Or, ici, Cmax = 100 mg soit 0,1g. En appliquant la formule selon laquelle Vd= Dose/C0 on obtient 1/0,1 soit Vd=10L.
