Alors il te faut utiliser cette formule: fe = Ae∞/Dose

 

Où Ae∞  représente la quantité de médicament éliminée dans les urines sous forme inchangée de t0 à l’infini mesuré par recueil des urines pendant au moins 3,3 x T ½.

 

Donc tu as:

fe=2/200

fe=0,01

 

Je ne sais pas si tu as cette formule dans ton cours?
