Jean Posted February 7, 2023 Share Posted February 7, 2023 @Aminarthrose je come back Dans le cours de droit privé ya écrit qu'il peut y avoir mariage "entre l’adopté et le conjoint de l’adoptant ou entre l’adoptant et le conjoint de l’adopté lorsque l’alliance a été rompue par le décès" dcp si l'alliance a été rompue autrement que par le décès ça ne fonctionne pas?
