ArtiPasChaud Posted December 12, 2022 Share Posted December 12, 2022 Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec la correction pour le calcul du Ki , la C est compté comme fausse Ki = IC50 / 1 + [L*]/ Kd Ki = 30 / 1 + 2/1 Ki = 30 /3 = 10nM = 10^-9M non ? Ki = IC50 / (1 + {L*}/Kd) = 30 / (1 + (2/1) ) = 30 / (1+2) = 30 / 3 = 10 nM = 10 * 10-9 M = 10-8 M ça c'est la correction de l'item mais je comprends pas pourquoi on multiplie par 10^-9 ? Solution sucrecannelle Posted December 12, 2022 Solution Share Posted December 12, 2022 hello tout simplement : 1 nM = 1 x 10-9 M (tout comme 1µM = 1 x 10-6 M !) donc 10 nM = 10 x 10-9 M = 10-8 M (ou 1 x 10-8 M) quand tu hésites fais un tableau du style et tu place "10nM" avec le 1 dans la colonne 10-8 et le 0 dans la colonne 10-9 ce qui te permettra d'être sûr que tu ne te trompes pas BON COURAGE et bonne chance en avance pour demain et après-demain LeMchico 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
