Le_caillou_vert Posted December 6, 2022 Share Posted December 6, 2022 Bonjour ! j'aurais juste une petite question : ils sortent d'ou les 2L utilisés dans l'équation finale ? L'énoncé : "Gains - Alimentation : 0,8 L/j - Boisson : 2,1 L/j - Eau endogène : 0,6 L/j Total = 0,8 + 2,1 + 0,6 = 3,5 L/j Pertes - Urines : ? - Pertes insensibles : 1,5 L/j Total = 1,5 L/j + ? Total = 3,5-1,5 - ? = 2 L/j - ? On sait que le patient a pris 6 kg d’eau en 4 jours, donc 1,5 L/j. On peut donc estimer sa diurèse à 2 - 1,5 = 0,5 L/j." Merci :) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jerhème Posted December 6, 2022 Share Posted December 6, 2022 Haaaaa ok Ca correspond à Gains - Pertes autres que la diurèse @Le_caillou_vert ArtiPasChaud 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Solution ArtiPasChaud Posted December 6, 2022 Solution Share Posted December 6, 2022 Je te copy pasta mon raisonnement pour l'item Gains = 2,1L + 0,8 L + 0,6 L = 3,5 Pertes = Diurèse ? PI = 1,5 L Gains - PI = 3,5 L - 1,5 L = 2L -> Diurèse normalement ? Mais plutôt = à modification du poids du patient + Diurèse vu qu'on l'a pas encore déduite Et du coup c'est pour ça qu'on fait 6kg / 4 = 1,5 Et on fait les 2L ( Diurèse + Modif poids) moins modif poids donc 2L - 1,5 L = 0,5 L Ezrich 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
