Coucou @Triptostéphane!

Dans l'énoncé on te dis que l'enzyme que tu utilises ne peux pas pénétrer dans la cellule. De ce fait elle n'a pas accès à toute la sphingomyéline et ne peut hydrolyser que celle se trouvant sur le feuillet externe de la membrane qui représente 70% de la sphingomyéline totale.

C'est plus clair ?
