Ancien Responsable Matière Le_Polâuné Posted March 11, 2022 Ancien Responsable Matière Share Posted March 11, 2022 Salut c’est beaucoup plus délicat, car il y a absorption qui est supérieur à l’élimination pour la première partie de la courbe et puis c’est en équilibre pour le Cmax, puis c’est l’inverse. Donc pour déterminer le T1/2 il faut que tu prenne deux points de concentration assez précis, genre 10mg/L et 5mg/L parce que tu sais que entre ces deux concentrations il faut un temps qui vaut t1/2.
