unelas Posted March 2, 2022 Share Posted March 2, 2022 bonsoir, petite question ! je ne comprends pas très bien où se termine l'artère coronaire gauche, dans le sillon longitudinal ou dans le sillon coronaire ? car dans le cours il y a marqué les deux sur la diapo Est ce l'artère circonflexe qui se termine dans le sillon coronaire et l'artère interventriculaire antérieure qui se termine dans le sillon longitudinal ? L'artère coronaire gauche sillonne le long du sillon longitudinal jusqu'à atteindre le sommet du sillon coronaire; en gros je dirais au niveau de la croix des sillon (sillon cruciforme).
