Solution Lea16 Posted February 24, 2022 Solution Share Posted February 24, 2022 Salut, Alors chez une personne atteinte d’hypercholestérolémie familiale, en théorie, il y a une mutation sur le gène qui code le récepteur aux LDL. Cette mutation peut être à l’origine d’un default d’internalisation des LDL, c’est à dire qu’ils se lient bien mais ne rentrent pas dans la cellule. La synthèse des LDLR n’est pas inhibé car les concentrations de LDL ne diminuent pas ce qui stimule au contrainte leurs synthèse.
