Coucou ! 

 

En prenant comme point de départ T+ = test positif et M+ = malade (et l'inverse avec les signes -) tu sais que tu cherches p(T+) sachant que tu as p(T+/M+) et p(T+/M-) dans l'énoncé qui sont respectivement de 0,95 et 0,05. Or p(T+) = p(M+). p(T+/M+) + p(M-).p(T+/M-) = 1/50 . 0,95 + 49/50 . 0,05 = 0,019 + 0,049 = 0,068. Donc on trouve bien la valeur de la correction !
