Il va te permettre de savoir si ton médicament est plutôt lipophile ou hydrophile. Plus ton Kp sera élevé, plus ton médicament sera lipophile. Ce facteur te permettra donc de savoir si ton médicament pourra franchir la membrane ou non (un médicament très hydrophile et donc avec un faible Kp aura du mal à passer par exemple).
