Feuillet externe de la MP : PC = Phosphatidylcholine SP = Sphingomyéline Pour m'en rappeler j'utilisais la phrase " attention le PC à l'exterieur StP" (Ca peut l'abimer si il pleut par exemple, ca a pas trop de sens mais ca m'aidait) Feuillet interne de la MP : PE= Phosphatidyléthanolamine PS = Phosphatidylsérine Et la j'utilisais PEPSI ( I pour interne ) Bon courage !
