Petit rappel : CE50 = concentration en ligand permettant la moitié de l’effet maximum = puissance du médicament (On l'appelle aussi DE50 et dans ce cas c'est une "dose" pas une concentration Tu vois que pour obtenir 50% de l'effet max de B, tu es à -log(x) = 12 donc x = 10-12 M = 1 pM.
