Je mets ce qcm pour un exemple : Par exemple, là on coupe avec BamH1, du coup on prend que l'ADNc de la beta-globine, mais je croyais que normalement il fallait un promoteur et un terminateur aussi, non ? Solution Oggy81 Posted March 20, 2021 Solution Share Posted March 20, 2021 Coucou, quand tu regardes sur la figure 2, à l’endroit on va être inséré l’ADNc, il y a déjà un promoteur et un terminateur, donc tu n’as pas besoin de les amener avec l’ADNc.
