Solution EmmaFerjani Posted March 17, 2021 Solution Share Posted March 17, 2021 Salut! Le Vd est un paramètre fondamental qui a pour unité L (un volume donc). Pour le calculer on fait Q/C; C étant la concentration plasmatique et Q la quantité administrée. Tu vois donc que Vd est un rapport, si tu augmentes la quantté adminsitrée, la concentration plasmatique augmente aussi mais dans tous les cas ton Vd reste constant. Est-ce que c'est plus clair?
