La formule c'est pH = pka + log([HCO3-]/(0,03.pCO2) Tu obtiens : 7,1 = 6,1 + log(9/(0,03.pCO2)) => 7,1 - 6,1 = log(9/(0,03.pCO2)) => 101 = 9/(0,03.pCO2) (tu simplifies le 9 et le 0,03) => 10 = 3/(0,01.pCO2) (tu inverses pour pouvoir isoler pCO2) => 3/10 = 0,01.pCO2 => 0,3/0,01 = pCO2 => pCO2 = 30 mmHg Voili voilou Rebeccathéter and Fallopiantube 1 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
