Alors le NaOH va te permettre d'obtenir avec ta (jolie) cétone, un carbanion pour ensuite effectuer une réaction de cétolisation. Quant à la "neutralisation", lors de ta réaction tu vas arriver à ta molécule finale qui sera un cétol (comprenant une cétone et un alcool) et cette fonction alcool sera sous forme R-O-, la neutralisation va tout simplement de passer sous forme R-OH.
