Solution solene11 Posted February 25, 2021 Solution Share Posted February 25, 2021 Salut @manonclaude31,  Une hydrolyse est un réaction où une molécule d’eau coupe une liaison. Ensuite, tu as des hydrolyses acides ou alcalines en fonction du milieu (si le milieu est acide, c’est une hydrolyse acide et inversement).  J’espère que ça répond à ta question.
