Est-ce que c'est parce que le fragment Fab interagit avec des antigènes uniquement, donc si la protéine A "accroche" des anticorps c'est forcément par leur fragment Fc ? Merci d'avance ! Oui c'est bien ça : le fragment Fab permet la reconnaissance, tandis que le fragment Fc permet d'être "reconnu". En effet le fragment Fc d'un Ac de lapin par exemple, serait détecté comme étant un antigène par nos propres anticorps. En espérant avoir répondu à ta question!
