Parce que c'est la même chose j'ai l'impression, je dois louper un truc.. l'item est "Le phosphatidylinositol peut être hydrolysé en inositol triphosphate (IP3) dans la signalisation intracellulaire." compté faux et la correction "Faux. C’est le phosphatidylinositol (4,5)P2 (PI(4,5)P2) qui est hydrolysé en IP3." J'ai relu 12 fois phosphatidylinositol et je trouve toujours pas la différence.... Solution ZoeDbg Posted December 29, 2020 Solution Share Posted December 29, 2020 (edited) Mdrrrrr zonel apprends à lire : le PI(phospatidylinositol) simple c'est différent de PIP2 Il faut que ton PI soit phosphorylé deux fois pour obtenir un IP3 après hydrolyse sinon ça marche pas ....
