Salut , dans un QCM chez un patient on aperçoit un excès de chylomicrons après dans un item est marqué que le sérum du patient est probablement lactescent (aspect laiteux )

J'ai pas compris pourquoi ?

Salut,

 

Le sérum lactescent est un signe biologique caractéristique d'un excès de TG / chylomicrons. Le sérum est normalement clair, limpide mais l'excès de TG lui donne cet aspect.
