Solution adrénalex Posted December 6, 2020 Solution Share Posted December 6, 2020 Saluut La primase est une ARN polymérase ADN dépendante qui agit lors de la réplication chez les procaryote afin de synthétiser les amorces ARN. L'ADN polymérase α synthétise elle aussi les amorces ARN mais chez les eucaryotes, donc on dit qu'elle possède une activité primase. Bon courage!
