Il faut souvent procéder par élimination, on essaiera de te faire penser à un diose à partir d'un polysaccharide ! en utilisant une enzyme par exemple, du coup, il faut que tu saches quel enzyme réduit quel polysaccharide etc. Si tu as besoin d'approfondir ta lacune, je te propose de m'envoyer un QCM qui t'a posé problème Bonne soirée et bon courage !
