Ici, s'il y a une mutation du site de coupure de l'enzyme, alors elle ne peut plus couper et on aura une bande intacte après incubation avec l'enzyme : c'est le cas chez l'individu P donc l'hypothèse est valide. Il n'y a pas de méthylation chez l'homme parce qu'il n'y a qu'un X qui ne doit pas être inactivé du coup. Est-ce que tu comprends ?
