bonsoir,

 

NH2 est un mésomère donneur donc il enrichit le cycle en électrons, ce qui le rend (et donc les doubles liaisons) "plus" nucléophile tandis que la fonction amide de E est un mésomère attracteur donc elle appauvrit le cycle en électrons. Ainsi, les doubles liaisons du cycle de C attaqueront plus facilement un électrophile pour lui donner les électrons de la liaison pi = addition électrophile.
