L’administration d’un AINS s’accompagne d’une augmentation temporaire de l’excrétion rénale du Na VRAI 

 

Bonjour!  

 

Sachant que les PG favorisent l'excrétion rénale, que se passe-t-il lors de l'administration d'un AINS pour quelle augmente temporairement ?

Bonjour @Jerry00,

 

En effet les PG favorisent l'excrétion rénale. Les AINS vont inhiber la production de PG et donc vont faire diminuer l'excrétion rénale de Na.

Du coup je pense que c'est une errata.
