La D est fausse car le tronc du nerf facial est très court, et dans la loge parotidienne il se divise très rapidement en plusieurs branches. Ancien Responsable Matière Solution Carlarusso Posted May 30, 2020 Ancien Responsable Matière Solution Share Posted May 30, 2020 Salut, @clairecamp21, Le facial sort par le foramen stylo-mastoïdien du temporal ( au niveau exocranien, sur la face postéro-inférieure ) puis il se dirige en avant, passe sous l'oreille puis pénètre dans la loge parotidienne ou il a un trajet très court car son tronc se divise en deux branche à l'intérieur de la parotide : la branche cervicofaciale et la branche temporofaciale !
