Le patient a pris 10 kg (dont une grande partie est de l’eau) à la base son VEC est de 14L et a augmenté d’environ 10 L car l’eau ne s’est pas réparti homogènement. Je ne comprends pas la correction. Quand je fais le calcul je trouve que son VEC de base ( quand il pesait 80 kg) est de 16L... Chat_du_Cheshire Posted May 30, 2020 Share Posted May 30, 2020 Hello Doc, pour le premier oublie cette correction, retiens tout simplement juste que le patient a des oedèmes, dont on ne précise aucune répartie harmonieuse, donc on ne peut pas calculer/mesurer son VEC !!
