niveko Posted May 25, 2020 Share Posted May 25, 2020 Bonsoir, Dans le système avidine-biotine on a vu 2 méthodes : la méthode BRAB et la méthode LAB concernant la méthode LAB il y a juste écrit "L'Anticorps est biotinylé et l'avidine est couplée à l'enzyme". Comme c'est le deuxième anticorps qui est marqué, c'est une méthode indirecte (la méthode serait directe si le premier AC était marqué) J'espère que c'est plus clair !
