Solution Laurette Posted May 14, 2020 Solution Share Posted May 14, 2020 Salut @DrR, Ce que tu dois retenir de cet arrêt c'est qu'à partir de 1990 ce n’est plus au plaignant d’apporter l’information mais c’est au soignant d’apporter la preuve qu’il a informé son patient.
