Comme tu l'as dit ce n'est pas parce qu'un antigène est reconnu par un BCR ou un TCR qu'il va être immunogène. Pour un antigène le fait d'être reconnu par un BCR ou un TCR n'implique pas forcément la capacité à activer les lymphocytes B ou T. Cependant pour qu'un antigène soit immunogène c'est à dire pour qu'il induise une réponse immune spécifique il faut qu'il est été préalablement reconnu par un BCR ou un TCR. Donc l'immunogénicité implique qu'il y ait eu au préalable antigénicité. J'espère ma réponse est suffisamment claire! Bon courage pour tes révisions!
