EniramJ Posted April 11, 2020 Share Posted April 11, 2020 Bonjour, Concernant le QCM 14 p. 11 du poly d'entrainement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi en gel filtration la protéine a un PM apparent de 96 kDa, et en SDS-Page un PM de 51 kDa... Solution EugénieD Posted April 11, 2020 Solution Share Posted April 11, 2020 Il y a toujours une petite marge d'erreur, mais il s'agit d'un hétérotétramère, comme tu peux le voir, en gel filtration donc en condition non dénaturante elle fait 96 kDa (qu'on peut arrondir à 100), sans bétaME elle fait 50 environ donc tu peux te dire c'est un dimère dont chaque sous unité ferait 50 mais avec le ME (qui te coupe les ponts S-S il me semble) ça te partage en deux sous unités qui assemblées font environ 50 kDa donc c'est un hétérotétramère Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
