Je me demandais si on pouvait considérer l'amiloride comme un agoniste biaisé du complexe aldostérone/RM, vu que ce médicament va juste toucher au transporteur Na/K, donc à la volémie, sans toucher à la synthèse de collagène, au contraire de la spiranolactone qui casse tout Merci d'avance !
