Les potentiels standards biologiques sont: E°'UQ/UQH2= 0.10V E°' cytFer3+/cytFer2+= 0.25V" -->vrai: le potentile standard E° UQ/UQH2 est égal à 0.52V Hum, je n'arrive pas à bidouiller les formules pour y arriver... Solution aurorelrf Posted November 11, 2014 Solution Share Posted November 11, 2014 Coucou, Alors, on te donne le potentiel standard BIOLOGIQUE de UQ/UQH2, le potentiel standard biologique veut dire que l'on est à pH = 7. De plus, tu sais que E'° = E° - (0.06/n) x pH, dans l'oxydaréduction de l'ubiquinone on a un échange d'1 électron (donc n = 1) Ce qui nous donne E'° = E° - 0,06 x 7 <=> E° = E'° + 0.06 x 7 <=> E° = 0.10 + 0.42 = 0.52 V Donc, E° UQ/UQH2 = 0.52 V Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
