J'aurais besoin d'une précision concernant le droit à la santé J'ai fais le CCB Purpan 2017-2018 et l'item D du QCM 17 " Le droit à la santé est un droit objectif, certain et limité." est compté faux, la justification étant "Il est relatif, contingent et illimité." Ensuite j'ai fais le CCB Purpan 2016-2017, et au QCM 1 item A " Le droit à la santé est un droit relatif et contingent" j'ai répondu vrai, étant donné la justification précédente Mais celui-ci est compté faux car "Attention, on ne parle jamais de droit à la santé mais de droit à la protection de la santé" Du coup je suis un peu perdue Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
