Dissociation basique ampholytes

Bonjour,

En milieu basique, un ampholyte se comporte comme un acide il cède donc le H du COOH ( dissociation acide ) et on obtient un anion COO-.

En milieu acide, il se comporte comme une base et NH2 capte un H, on obtient NH3+ soit un cation mais dans ce cas là je ne vois pas pourquoi on parle de dissociation basique.
