Détection lésion irréversible

Salut,

 

Ce matin la prof a montré une diapo avec les 2 images RMN (T2 et diffusion brownienne). En T2, on ne voit rien mais la lésion est détectable en imagerie de diffusion et cette lésion est réversible.

Je voulais savoir si lorsqu'on détecte une lésion en T2, cela signifie forcément qu'elle est irréversible svp.
