Salut! 

 

Alors moi dans mon cours de PACES j'avais écrit que les AG > 10C était tous solides à température ambiante et que les AG < 10C correspondaient à des liquides volatiles puis huileux. 

Donc je pense que c'est plutôt le contraire : le beurre contient des AG long et les huiles des AG courts..
