Coucou,

Alors il me semble que les procaryotes ont des topoisomérases (j'ai marqué que la diapo 62 c'est pour les procaryotes et que la diapo 63 c'est pour les eucaryotes).

L'ADM polymérase alpha est l'équivalent de la primase chez les eucaryotes car elle porte une fonction ARN polymérase qui lui permet de faire les amorces.
