Et la deuxième en embryo : CC2012 QCM25 « les dosages plasmatiques de l’HGC chez la mère permet de diagnostiquer la trisomie 21 » est compté faux pourquoi ? Voici l'explication (qui a déjà été donnée dans un post il y a pas longtemps) : si l’hypothyroïdie survient tard (4-5ans) elle n’entraîne pas de dysharmonie car la morphogenèse est terminée et le nanisme est harmonieux au contraire d’une hypothyroïdie survenant en anténatal ou avant 3 ans où le nanisme est dysharmonieux.
