Dans le QCM on te précise que l'anomalie héréditaire touche uniquement la formation d'un "certain type" de leucotriènes. Un déficit en AG essentiel ne peut pas être héréditaire car ils doivent être apportés par l'alimentation ! L'anomalie doit sans doute toucher certaines LOX qui importent la formation des certaines leucotriènes. En espérant t'avoir aidé !
