Solution Metallica Posted January 1, 2020 Solution Share Posted January 1, 2020 (edited) Salut @Natachatte Tout dépend du type de peptide signal qui sera traduit , si c'est un clivable alors il sera proche de la première méthionine ( codon d'initiation ) , si c'est ancrage/ancrage inverse il sera à une distance quelconque de la première meth !
