Bonjour,

Lors de la traduction de l ARNm, on nous dis que lorsque le premier petite signal traduit émerge, il y a alors fixation par reconnaissance du complexe SRP, mais ce peptide signal ce situe où par rapport au codon d initiation ? 
merci de votre temps accordé

Salut @Natachatte

 

Tout dépend du type de peptide signal qui sera traduit , si c'est un clivable alors il sera proche de la première méthionine ( codon d'initiation ) , si c'est ancrage/ancrage inverse il sera à une distance quelconque de la première meth 😄 !
