Bonjour,

Concernant ce qcm, pourrait on m'expliquer quelle est l'action de la triglycéride lipase ? Comment passe t-on du 1-2 dioléyl-sn-glycérol au 1,2 dioélyl-sn- acide phsophatidique ?

Coucou 

Alors la triglycéride lipase permet de dégrader les TAG dans la cellule et donc de former des AG libres et un MAG ou un DAG.

Et pour la fixation de ton phosphate radiomarqué c’est la kinase K qui permet son ajout.
