Guest alpha Posted December 30, 2019 Share Posted December 30, 2019 Bonjour, le professeur Ausseil nous a parlé des liaisons hydrogènes et Van der Walls par rapport aux hélices alpha, mais je n'ai pas bien compris, les liaisons de Vander Walls ne stabilisent pas la structure si ? ce sont les hydrogènes plutôt ? Ausseil, les AA avec un encombrement stérique faible et non chargés stabilisent une hélice alpha.
